Looks like the husband is sure to get a new vehicle already. I know he have shelved the plan last year. But he said, he really want to push through with it already after our major trip. Well, my husband realy loves cars to begin with. In fact, he hasn't really decided on what to get and might even consider a used bmw car since that's one of his dreams. He is not shelving the idea of checking used cars. He was telling me about site based in UK where you can find good condition used ford cars, used volkswagen carsused vauxhall and even used mini. Let's see what he would end up with but I would love him to check an SUV instead ;)

Back to 24...
Husband got hold of the complete season 7 of TV Series 24, starring Keifer Sutherland as Jack Bauer. I was so happy. We started the series last night and we just watched about 3 episodes as it was already 1am. It has been our regular date night watching this series but we stopped after we failed to get hold of the full season's series. Finally, it was out in the market. We were again on top of our feet as we watched it by the minute. We have always been a fan. Whether the shows themes are about kidnappings, bomb threats, personal vendettas, asssinations or terrorist attacks, the themes are handled in such a compelling way that the viewer is hooked at every jump and turn. I heard that they actually blew away a number of vehicles in the set that includes trucks. Talking about trucks, husband was telling me about this truck bed cover that is priced at $300. He talks about his friend who actually bought the Access tonno sports which actually offers more benefit and features. Hmm, I wonder if he is also interested to get a pick-up truck?

Valentine's Gift
The husband have been enjoying the use of his new iPhone. In fact, he was even asking me to check for him a bluetooth set like those of Plantronics Headsets. He said that could pass as a belated Valentine's gift for him. I know I can order for him online from HeadSetHome, which is a distributor of all kinds of headsets for mobile, bluetooth, residential, commercial and even aviation. Now as a return gift for the flowers he gave me last valetine's day, I might get him the
Plantronics Voyager. I just hope there would be no glitches with my order.

Way to go Babes!

A sample of the foods that were delivered for the husband for his full day meal. This was Day 6 of his South Beach diet. He started Monday of last week and he already lost 10 lbs! Clap, clap, clap! Bravo! I am giddy happy I tell you! I hugged him every morning after weighing himself on the scale. Cause I know, 1 lb loss is already another year of healthy life! He really needs to shed off a lot of those pounds. Still a long way to go but he should be getting there! I'm so proud of him! And I am in full support for him on this challenge!

Still a no...
The husband forwarded to me a site where you can buy harley accessories. Is he trying to convince me that he would like to buy a big bike? Ahm, no, I am not yet solved to the idea. But the site has over 30,000 different motorcycle parts and accessories to fully customize a Harley and at a hefty 60% off from most of the brand names! Very good deal if you are looking for one. I ym'd the husband and said, it's still a no, period! :P

The Coach...
The husband taught my nephew yesterday on proper dribbling of the basketball.
I think they should have this session every week so the husband would be compelled to sweat off! Its an exercise also for him as he shows them the proper moves.

And there was a "lady referee" watching them!

He wants to buy...
Yes, I know there is really something with the husband recently. He is haunted by his wish to buy a new vehicle. How would I know? He sends me everyday pictures of SUVs he has been browsing online. Those second hand SUVs that he finds worth looking at. I also caught him over the weekend talking to a seller. And last night, he admitted to me that while in our bank, he also asked for a quote for a car loan! He was telling me that it won't be a cut to the budget especially if we would just sell the other vehicle to get a new one! Ok, so he wants to buy a new vehicle really. I just told him to make sure to buy one that won't be a pain in terms of finding its auto parts, especially if he's considering getting just a second hand. He said checking out Great Auto Parts site would be a big help since they have a complete catalog. But I am still not giving in to this option of buying another vehicle. And if ever I would, I would prefer a brand new. (wink!)

Debating...
Husband and I are debating last week if we need to get a new vehicle. Well, that could be a very nice birthday gift for both of us but I really don't think we need to get one at this point in time. So the husband is frustrated that he can only dream about his ultimate plan to get his new car! Although, we have discussed already on what could we possibly get in case we decided to really get a new one. The husband has been eyeing to get an executive car for him! Actually, I do agree with it. If he was to choose, he would love to get a Volvo or a Mercedez Benz. Told him to better get a driver this time. In case we are buying, which would not be really really soon, I'm sure we would be hooked up with an online company that sells for Volvo or Saab parts at reasonable rate and available wide options. But if I were to dream, I would love to drive a black BMW 5 series! I love this car, so manly!

Car Feature...
I never thought that there could be a mercedes supercharger. Apparently, the bridal car used by our wedding last week in Tagaytay was a new Mercedez Benz with bling-bling. The driver told my coordinator that they are renting cars complete with mags set-up and they were even putting some supercharger in most of their vehicles. He said that his boss is getting it from a reliable source like superchargerpros.com. They even have a buick supercharger and pontiac supercharger. When I told Dicky about it, he got interested. But then I told him, it might not be a wise buy for a metro like ours because of the heavy traffic. It's better to use this feature in a highway where there would be no obstructions at all.

11 years...
ago we decided to make it a "try" but it was working very well from day one till everyday of our lives.
11 years after, we still laugh with each other. We still find joy with each other. We still feel the comfort of one another.
Everything is still clear in mind up to this time.
It was just like yesterday. And as I always look forward to tomorrow, I'm glad that I'm spending my everyday with him.
We are celebrating our 11 years of love to one another. 11 years ago when the "try" becomes an "I do" 4 years after and up to now, we are everyday saying "I love you."
This is most precious.
I love you Babes!

Will he get a turbo charger?
Last weekend, we met up with some of our cousins for a night-out in Eastwood since we are planning for my other cousin's wedding. Dicky had a chat with my one of my cousins Eric who is into car racing. Eric showed his new purchase Volkswagen turbo for his beetle. Apparently, the husband got interested with it. These turbocharger can actually increase the speed of any automobile performance. But I just don't like it to be placed on his car. Besides, I told him it could be annoying to some because of the loud noise the nose can emit because of that turbo charger. But Eric has been convincing him so because his supplier has a wide selection of these chargers available for any car model. They also ship out the item fast. He guarantees Dicky that they provide quality service. I just hope he don't fall prey again with these new car accessory.

He needs a lot of suits...
It's a big week for Dicky starting today. He is busy in polishing his presentation for the execom meeting happening this week. It's a monthly thing and I'm proud that the husband is already part of the exclusive execom committee of the whole JG Summit group. With it, he has been bugging me last weekend to check out new suits for him to buy to wear on this regular meeting schedule. We tried checking out some stores in the mall but too bad that we can't find a perfectly fitting suit for him based on his built and height. So this morning, I tried to check on the internt if there are stores where we can just order online. And goodness that I found MySuitNy.com. I was ecstatic to inform Dicky about this Made to Measure Suits available for him. And it's so amazing because we can already get his suit in 2 weeks time with a very affordable price tag. They have a very simple buying process which you can do either online or make an appointment and go to their store. For online buyers, first, they would do measuring online. A guide will be given on how to prefectly get the proper measurement of a man's body in order to achive the accurate specs. Then you would choose what jacket and pant style would you like. Your choices vary from how many buttons to use, pockets, lapel, vests, sleeve buttons for the jacket. And for the pant style your choices could be based on lining, pockets, brace buttons, side tabs and belt loops. Then finally, you would have to choose the fabric and color. Isn't this a good option to get a suit that is based really on your measurement and preference? Seldom you see something off-the-rack that gives you the perfect-looking suit that includes everything you want from the choices mentioned above. Now, Dicky is convinced to just order his suits online.

Men's Cartier
As my trip for Hong Kong will be in two weeks time, I have been making a list of our itinerary as well as the things to check on some stores there. Apparently, the husband is asking me to buy him 2 pairs of shoes. I cannot disagree as I do not want to be reprimanded for all other things I would buy for the kids and for myself in Hong Kong. I am also thinking to check out a christmas gift for him there. I have been thinking if a dslr camera would be a nice gift for him. He has been mentioning the idea of buying one actually. But I am also thinking of giving him another watch. This would compensate for the number of bags I bought for the year! (lol). I have checked out sites to look at great new watches in the market today. I stumbled upon The Watchery just now and I have been drooling over nice Cartier watches. I am sure the husband wouldn't mind getting one men's cartier and I wouldn't mind getting a "her" collection to partner with the watch I am eyeing. See picture below of what I found. The watchery has great selection of 100% authentic luxury watches including of course Cartier, Breitling, Tag, Omega and many others. They are currently offering substantial discounts from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Gee, I need to work doubly hard for my assignments if I really want to push through of this plan, because of a great information that this site accepts paypal money!

For the dad...
So the dad won't get envy, Margaux had a another artwork from school. She brought it home yesterday...

I so love the values they are teaching in Miriam CSC. We noticed how Margaux has become more affectionate, loving and sweet. She usually says "I love you mom and dad" and even "I love you Bianca!" with matching big hug and kiss from her!
Indeed, saw the change in her.
Good values are so important.

Dinner Date...
Dicky said to me this morning...
"Let's eat out tonight..."
This put a smile on my face...
I like moments like this and I always look forward to our dinner dates. This is when we talk about anything, about us, about the kids, about our plans...all about the family.
As of this writing, I am waiting for him here in Eastwood...so might as well blog about it!
