It's been a year...

Yes, we are almost celebrating our 1st year in our dream house. It's our first year of celebrating happy memories from what we have built in our home.   The kids love our area. We adore our location being near to other major cities.  I love our community. The amenities inside the village is just superb. In fact, I have recommended to few friends and I'm glad that one of our closest friends is able to get a property next to our street. They are already building their dream house as well and we are very happy for them. In just few months, they are moving close to us already and we are excited. My friend is already asking me to assist them during their move. I told her to start packing those unnecessary items on their current place and probably just let go of it. But she's a very sentimental person like me that she would probably keep most of the items. Now, she is actually checking some self storage companies available from the net. She was able to compare some companies already based on what is available on her local area. She started reserving for few space for her boxes already.  In no time, we would be neighbors!  I can't wait!

Two of my cousins are currently selling their cars and we were talking about pink slip loans. Do you know what it is? It is about the different collateral loans that even includes car title loans. My cousins were selling their cars cause they need to use the money for something else. One is actually getting married soon. The other one would need it for their business. So we were discussing how they can actually use the title of their cars to get money out of it. Valentine's Gift

The husband have been enjoying the use of his new iPhone. In fact, he was even asking me to check for him a bluetooth set like those of Plantronics Headsets. He said that could pass as a belated Valentine's gift for him. For cars that were affected by flood...

Since my friend's car was affected of the flood in their area, she is now on the lookout for reasonable car parts available for her Toyota Vios. In fact, it took almost two weeks before her car was towed in a nearby parking lot in their area. Back from HK...

since last night but I am still wishing we are still there!!!! yep, 4 days was really not enough. I feel like it has passed so quickly. The kids had a blast. But I was so tired tending to the two girls (parang mga boys!  hehehe).  Thanks for the very helpful and responsible husband. I tried to quickly move around Harbour City for like 1.5 hrs only while I left the kids with him in our room in Marco Polo Gateway. I was hoping I could still go to Ikea in Causeway bay as I would like to see if they do have those tables in Toronto like the tulip oval table which I want to put in our lawn but didn't really got the chance to go there anymore.  Shopping was not really a priority for this trip anyway but I was able to sneak in some purchases still.  Well, mostly for the kids.  I barely got something for myself but I managed to bring home one atleast.  Still downloading our pictures and need to find time now to post our vacation story.  Tons of work is also waiting on my desk! Yes, after being gone for just 4 days!!!  Arg, this is what I hate after coming from a vacation, getting back yourself to the groove again.  Wish me luck tomorrow!

Ever been in a collision?

This is one of my fears when driving. One of my collegue got into an accident on their way back to Manila from Tagaytay last week. This happened after an event. Good thing, nothing bad happened to them physically but he has to shoulder the expenses of all the injuries suffered by the passengers of the other car. Now, he is looking for a good repair shop to fix his car. Told him about auto body yorba linda, which is the largest network of collision repair experts. It's my birthday today...

and I am happy and at peace with my life. And at XX years already, I feel like I'm still at 25 years old! Friends could be asking as to what could be my secret as I do not have any dark circles yet! Thanks to the best eye cream, which my friend introduced to me. We found out together through an eye cream review website the best product that suits our skin complexion. Well, it is important really to know first the composition of the cream, its benefits and also considering its price efficiency.  It could really be annoying to see yourself in front of the mirror with a big, puffy and dark circled-eyes, as if you have just came from a fight!  lol!  In fact, I do recommend now to my other friends and as well as to my brides to do take care of their eyes properly and at least do something for those with dark circles to ensure that they would be glowing on their wedding day. And as for me who have been using one for couple of weeks now, I'm no longer conscious for any dark circles or puffy eyes in time for my birthday parties!

2 nights to go...

literally and the much-awaited MBAP outing will happen already in Tagaytay Highlands. I was suprised when I opened my yahoo account this morning with a number of emails regarding the plans for Saturday. I hope all our plans would push through and that the weather would cooperate on us. We have saved for this a long time and so we want a definite success of this get-away. You wouldn't want to know how much we are spending for this trip even if its just a day tour. Thanks to our writing abilities and the hot-mommas can afford to throw in a fab-getaway for our families. We even have a line-up activities for the daddies!  In line with this, the husband is thinking on what car to bring since it would be in TH. The steep road going there would probably need an able car. Good thing, we do not have a problem with our able CRV. We had the Air conditioning compressor fixed already last week. Although, we are going in a colder weather than Manila, it would be very hard to travel especially with kids without an A/C inside the car. And my hair, gosh, it cannot stand the wind!  lol!  We didn't go wrong in finding the complete parts and accessories from an auto airconditioning company online that offers free shipping and warranty.

Bianca played with it again last weekend resulting to this breakout. This has happened a number of times already and i think i can no longer use it since the legs has loosen already. Gee, now I need to buy a new one. It's supposed to be not a good time for me to buy another eyeglasses because I have an increasing number of expenses for the month and until December. I actually did not allot any budget for this unexpected expense. But I just can't leave without my eyeglasses whenever I am working at home.  So yesterday, I went to the mall to check out new eyeglasses for me but to no avail, I didn't find any that is worth within my budget.  I'm suprised with the hefty prices of this glasses nowadays.

As my trip for Hong Kong will be in two weeks time, I have been making a list of our itinerary as well as the things to check on some stores there.
