My cousin's family based in New Jersey sent me their pictures from their recent family beach vacation. I can see how much fun they had in MoreySpiers, which is the best amusement park in Jersey. Oh, how I love to visit the place and also experience the thrill in enjoying the the two large beachfront waterparks. I am very sure the kids will have a blast in the kiddie rides while the husband would really love the roller coaster. The major attractions include The Great Nor' Easter, The Sea Serpent, The Great White and they even have the giant Ferris Wheel. They amusement park is so known for the fastest roller coasters available. But not to worry because they also have something for the small kids like mini scooters, mini tea cups, kiddie train and jump around among the few others. My cousin said that it should really be part of our itinerary when we come visit them in New Jersey. She recommends us checking out the wildwood hotels motels, which offers fantastic accommodations. She told us that they stayed in guestrooms which are actually beachfront. That would be such a good view I'm sure. They also offer weekly specials for the whole family to enjoy. Our family loves travelling and I really love to bring the kids on exciting places like this. I want them to remeber always how happy childhood is for them and that they would treasure such family vacations like this even when they grow up. Now, it's a matter of timing the vacation when both Bianca and Margaux can really run around to enjoy the rides. Hope we can do so in the next couple of years. It's definitely one of the great amusement parks we would love to check and visit.
Need to plan now for Bianca's 2nd birthday party. Obviously, I want Dora the Explorer as the party theme. I'm starting from scratch as I finally just got the approval from the husband to celebrate it. I need to finalize and decide the venue by next week. Hopefully work on food, invites, prizes, lootbags and few decors.
Now, I have a problem as to how can I trim down my guests to 100pax only! I was requested by the daddy to keep the party at its minimum and not match it with the other previous celebrations of the 1st birthdays of Margaux and Bianca having about 250 guests! I wonder how I can manage it!

We are hoping for the best result of the pending loan application from another bank for our house construction. The husband is urging that we start within the year although I still have some apprehensions since I want to rather start next year. But we would rely on what's the result of the application instead. If this pushes through, would definitely cut down on unnecessary expenses. Yes, you read it right, unnecessary expenses like no more bags for the meantime. Ok, I have another yaya woes. The current yaya of Margaux is asking permission that she would go home already in their province. You see, this is the yaya who left November last year after the birthday of Bianca . She was the original yaya of Bianca and became Margaux's when she returned January. Actually, Dicky and I really like her and we even have full trust in her for everything about the house. In other words, she is our "mayordoma!" Hahaha. We had her take PAL going to Manila cause we don't want her to travel 36 hours by boat. We even included her in our Boracay trip. And seriously, we are considering to bring her to US this year for the trip if she would be approved for a visa because I don't know how I can manage to handle two kids while travelling to US! We have invested so much on her already. But apparently for some unaccepted reasons like her mom is asking her again to go home, she is again giving in to that option. Dicky tried to talk to her, dahil mas malumanay syang makipag-usap than me. Dicky didn't allow her to buy her tickets right away without us finding a replacement. I actually felt bad that she's leaving. I feel like sayang all our investments when she actually doesn't weigh things how much we can help her.
When we went to Singapore two weeks ago, we had a time of our life enjoying chili crabs! Super yummy. I have always love eating seafood especially shrimps and crabs. And recently, my MBAP friends are planning to have a get-together in the famous "dampa" where we would eat all seafood recipes to our hearts delight. But the plan for the meet up would still be by end of the month of August so I don't think I can wait any longer! Last night, I was telling Dicky that we should go to "dampa" this weekend to enjoy buttered shrimps and sczechuan crabs this time! But Dicky suggested that we should just buy the ingredients and make our own recipe. So have been on the look out now for a great and easy step recipe on a feast that we would enjoy on sunday. Any suggestions what kind of recipe to prepare? I browsed through the net and was able to find out about the Great American Food Cook off. This event is so interesting because there would be a lot of contenders for the event featuring their best seafood recipe. It is a phenomenal event being watched for by culinary experts and likes of me who would like to know how to make great seafood recipe. I wonder which would be awarded as the best recipe? I would love to learn from these contenders so I can also make one like this:
