Priceless Moment...

Call me OA, but yes...I'm sniffing after taking the above picture.

This is Margaux.  Look how happy she was to see me during one of her dismissal from school!

Such priceless moment indeed!

It's Margaux's first day in school...

yes, it was a day after Bianca's. She's now a Kinder student. Next year, she would be an official grade schooler already. She went on her first day wearing of course her favorite color, pink! She's a big girl now. I almost can't believe that she no longer a baby (although she would remain to be for me). Apparently, her interests now are different. She likes reading books so much, scribbling and even asks me enormous questions that I sometimes I cannot answer anymore.

The Princess is turning 5!

Yes, Margaux is turning 5 already by end of the month! She has been growing to become a very pretty young lady. She prefers wearing dresses now that the usual jeans and shirts outfit. She also loves her hair to be well-groomed all the time. I think, she's getting most of these characters from me. So vain! lol!

She recently had her advance birthday party in school. We had to do it like 15-days in advance since their last day was last Tuesday. Yes, they are officially on summer break. We would have a simple get together with other kids in the neighborhood in time for her birthday. I am hoping to book the clubhouse in our area.

She was all pretty in pink (which is her fave color) during her party in school...

Pictures from the Birthday Party

As mentioned previously, Margaux celebrated her advance 4th birthday in school yesterday...

The birthday cake and the souvenirs...

Blowing of cake, eating time and distribution of souvenirs...

The Stageplay...

Margaux had a stageplay in school last week. It was so heartwarming to see your kid performing right in the middle of the stage...

Sorry, few pictures. Haven't downloaded the one from the dslr...

And look at the superb decors of the stage!

We look forward to another one like this next year.

Advance Birthday Celebration...

of Margaux in her class is happening today. That's why the mommy is overly busy again! Gee, last week, I realized that their class is ending by Friday. And since her real birthday is March 30, she wont have a chance to celebrate it with her classmates and teachers. So i decided to advance her party in school by almost 3 weeks. Today is the last day of their regular classes since it would abe assessment days starting tomorrow.

Anyway, it is just a simple celebration with food from Mcdonalds, some loot goodies I got from 168mall and a director's chair which I ordered from a supplier also in 168mall. Thanks to her, she also gave me extra lunchbags as gifts for my little girl. I almost forgot to also order the cake!!! So I just rushed to Red Ribbon last night and made them commit that I would get the cake this early morning.

So why am I still here blogging?  Got to go and fix stuff to bring to school.  Will be back with pictures....

Her teacher put on the white cap when she got in her classroom.  (opps, forgot to take picture of her with it!)

Margaux's Christmas Party 2008

Almost forgot to post about Margaux's Christmas Party in school. Their last day was December 19. They had a simple party in their classroom and she was asked to bring Pizza for everyone in the class. I also prepared gifts for the classmates as well as her teacher and even the lady guard in their building. They had a celebration by themselves so I just took some snapshots of their class during dismissal. Apparently, the little girl was so happy with all the gifts she got from her classmates as well as from teacher.

CSC Family Day

I almost forgot to post about Margaux's Family Day in school about 2 weeks ago. We had fun here and the kids also enjoyed it. Bianca even joined her "ate" in the parade. There were a lot of gamebooths to join to. So we almost finished after lunch. Margaux had to play all the games. It was kinda raining that time but the kids didn't mind. They had a blast in all the gamebooths. We also rode the Kalesa.

For the dad...

So the dad won't get envy, Margaux had a another artwork from school. She brought it home yesterday...

Inside...

I so love the values they are teaching in Miriam CSC. We noticed how Margaux has become more affectionate, loving and sweet. She usually says "I love you mom and dad" and even "I love you Bianca!" with matching big hug and kiss from her!

Indeed, saw the change in her.

I hope it won't change even if she gets bigger!

Good values are so important.

On the 3rd day...

She cried again...

Hay!

She was very clingy with the dad...

Maybe she was getting overwhelmed with the number of kids. Maybe she's just adjusting. But what if there's something bothering or worst bullying her in school? I really hope none. I'm so paranoid already.  I hope its just part of the transition. I'm setting up a consultation with the teacher next week. Well, least to say, she's not the only one crying! There were even some worst who literally scrambling in the floor.

Dicky and I were talking that we would strategize differently next week.  Let's see if what we thought of would work.  We won't make the "going to school" a big deal for her.  Baka, pressured yung anak ko sa akin eh!  Hehehe.   Alam nyo naman, dotting OC mother, ang dami kong "bilin" parati.  Hehehe.

But during dismissal, it's always a different story.

She's a happy little kid already....

I hope today will be the last as we were talking yesterday about no more crying and she replied : "1 last."

Otherwise, I'm now considering homeschooling! Bwahahaha! Nyayahahay! LOL!

The 2nd Day History...

I guess Margaux woke up today on the wrong side of the bed. Know why?

Pakanta-kanta pa while we were on the way to school. She was by the way in green uniform this time.

But when we got to school, here she was saying: “Ayaw ko school!”

Waaah! What’s the matter? Ang taas ng adrenalin ko last Monday, biglang I was in my lowest this morning! Hahaha! My gosh, 2nd day pa lang! There were a lot of things running already in my head like what if she really doesnt want to go to school anymore?

Me: "Anak, hindi puede, sayang ang bayad! Ang mahal pa naman! :-( " Nyahahay!

It took a lot of pushing, pulling, coaching, and bribery that had happened just for her to enter her classroom. And you could also imagine how loud she cried!

I felt sad to leave her behind but we weren’t really allowed to come inside. (sigh) We were only allowed to send her right before the door.

But then when I picked her up during dismissal, (lakas ng kaba ko, kala ko umiiyak pa rin!) she was again singing on her way out! She looked happy already. And I had to take her picture right at that moment when she was smiling already...

Ayan kakamadali ko, blurred tuloy!  Hahaha!

But I really hope it would be a different scene on Friday. Gotta talk to her about it.
