5 years in blogging!

I have been blogging for 5 years already. Can you believe that? It started as journal about my kids and then I also blogged about myself, our family. I even shared most of my plans, emotions and everything under the sun. I eventually learned how to earn through blogging and it lead me to handle multiple blogs even. Yes, in most cases, I am multi-tasking. Now, a friend is even inviting me for adsense revenue sharing site. It is about writing an article, sharing it in the world wide web community and getting paid for the advertising revenue. Quite a handful of workload so I am not sure if I am up for such opportunity but my friend said you get a whooping 80% of the advertising revenue which others don't actually offer. Would still have to learn my ways into it.

Blogging for years now...

Yes, I have been blogging for close to 5 years now and I would say that it has been a regular activity for me eversince. Although I am guilty for not being able to update as often as I would like to, I still manage to write senseful stories in my blogs. I am also proud that I also gained a number of blogging friends because of this actibity. A cousin of mine based in Texas is actually asking for my help on how to start a blog. I actually told her that it wasn't an easy 1-2-3 to create one. I told her that is she is going to make it a regular habit to blog to get noticed and earn few dollars as well, she might consider getting a good domain name, create a nice theme for her blog and use Wordpress as her flatform. I told her to check Austin wordpress expert who has been developing beautiful and high-ranking sites that are accepted and recognizable by San Antonio Search Engive Optimizations. The SEO is actually needed to increase PR ranking. I actually do not know much about such but I just manage to keep my blog afloat by regularly postings and also hopping to other sites.  I am making a tutorial for her now.  I hope she gets to understand it correctly.  

On Blogging...

I have been blogging for almost 4 years already. Yes, it has been part of my life already to share some wonderful moments about me and my family. Although I know that it is a public blog, I do not care what other people would say since this is what I really feel like writing. I have also gained a number of good friends through blogging, not to mention that I have also earned in some other ways. The other week, I have been thinking to create another blog. But I am not just sure how I can actually squeeze in my daily routines in writing more stuff. I have also been reading a lot about essential tips on increasing e-commerce business which are all related to blogging. Apparently, I learned that the web hosting company you are getting is also essential on this success. Aside from engaging your audience on what they read, you also have to consider getting a reliable support from a webhosting company. There are some who actually specializes in blog hosting, some into forum hosting, others even on ecommerce hosting.   Well getting one could sometimes be confusing so you better be guided by some reviews in the internet that provides comprehensive comparisons on these companies.  Everything is viewable from Webhosting Geeks.  They do feature the companies based on its advantages, bonus features, space capacity and even its offering price.  If you really do not know where to start, reviewing and reading up something about it matters for the success in your blogging career.  I encourage some to start now, it is nice sometimes to read back your previous blogs and recall the happy moments you had with your family.  Its truly an online journal of life. 

Who got an award?

Guess who got some web hosting awards? You can actually check from the site of the webhosting geeks. Found out that "Just Host" got the best blog hosting award.  They also got the best forum hosting.  Now,  if you are looking for budget hosting, "WebhostingPad"  got the award actually.I have also been reading up about some topics in blogging and webhosting from Webhosting Geeks blog and found out about the different ecommerce carts available online in the market today. I have browsing through since some of my blog domains are expiring this July so I am on the lookout for possible blog hosting companies.  I have also been meaning to change the layout as well and the themes of my blogs but I am just too lazy to do it now.  I am very busy twittering and facebooking in some of my free times.  And a change in theme would eat up a lot of time.  So maybe, I would just keep it as is for the meantime and just decide on what hosting should I get, lol!

I'm a slacker...

recently with all my blogs. It's not easy to actually maintain about 4 blogs actually plus a company blog which I haven't really updated for months now. I'm bad. Oh and I have 2 domains which would be expiring soon so I better start looking for the best web hosting company since I am really planning to change my current provider. A friend recommended to me Webhosting Geeks which offers an updated reviews of the different web hosting companies available in the market since 2004. They based their review on features of the company like space provided, traffic given and the price of course. All things you need to know about web hosting is in the site. Not to mention if you are looking for a company that is good in hosting multiple blogs, which I am planning to do as well. Because as or me it would be easier to manage and maintain as well.  Now, I am eyeing already a company to host my domains.  Hopefully, I can do this one step already.  Not that I am also promising that there would be daily updates in my blog but atleast I am going to work hard on it.  Weekly would probably do.  I hope our transfer to the new house would also be a breeze when I transfer my internet connections.

How to change this blog to a custom domain blog of blogspot????

ARRRG! It's been three days already or four na pala when I tried to put this blog into a custom domain. I think I followed things correctly based on the instructions I found in the Help section of Blogger but still, I dont get it!

That explains why most of my blogging buddies can't access my page and also the reason why I don't have updates here for days.

Sakit na ng ulo ko kakabasa ng tutorials ha!

Can someone help me on this? I have an existing domain already which I want to use as a custom domain for this blog.

Hope I will be able to figure this out soon!

Cash, cash, cash...

I'm just so happy to finally get hold of my blogging money. I withdrew some from my paypal money last week and transfered it to my Unionbank Eon account. Today, when i checked my account online, the money is already there! Yahoo! And then i tried to withdrew it in a Unionbank ATM an hour ago and it worked! As in literally, I'm jumping for joy. Paid blogging rocks!

I'm Busy...

So many things to do, so little time. This has been what I have been experiencing for the past 2 weeks. The december peak month has started. I feel like being rushed everyday. Parang all deadlines were yesterday! Please pardon me if I haven't done most of the tags yet. I will try my best to answer all of it and catch up as well with all the blogs. Meanwhile, let me do first my assignments...

Busy with blogging...

Thanks for all those who visited my new site. Thanks for linking it up too. I don't have plans of leaving blogspot yet. I have started this blog more than two years ago and I'm just happy with the thoughts and notes I have written here plus the fact that I have gained new friends. Anyway, please bear with me as I'm juggling things now with work and blogging! Bwahaha. This is a new career!

But no, I'm still a wife and a mother. (just like what others have said in their blogs!-->you know who you are!)

I also need to revive my BE site as I'm getting a number of inquiries again about it. Well, blame it on my TV appearance. People said flawless ang make-up ko dun! Bwahaha!

I also need to update my Events Experts Blogsite. I have two pending entries for it, our Nov 10 and Nov 17 weddings.

Hopefully, I can get my hands do things this weekend as i don't have events! Thank God! No, I'm not complaining about my work, don't get me wrong. But I'm just glad that I still have this last free weekend before December hits. I'm getting ready for it!

What's Up?

I miss blogging for a couple of weeks. Wow, whatever happened to me saying that blogging can be addicting? Yes, it is still true but just caught up with a lot of work that was not able to get myslef to sit down and write everything. Anyway, enough of my excuses.

So what's up?

1. Margaux's yaya left for " vacation only" supposedly last August 24. She promised to go back mid September. Malinaw na usupan. But after a week, she called Bianca's yaya that she is no longer coming back. Grrr! I knew it was coming but I was still hoping for the best. I didn't purposely looked for a replacement before she left cause I was really counting that she will go back. Syempre pa naiba na ang ihip ng hangin pag-uwi sa province. Now, I'm on a look out for a yaya.

2. I have been asking around even to the yayas, mommies in the school of Margaux. And I have prospects which I will know by today.

3. Yes, you read it right. Margaux goes to school already. And it's everyday from 9am-1115am in Child's Space. It is just about 10 minutes away from our house. She started just last Sept3. I finally give in to bring her to school already. At first, I felt she might be too young for early school but realizing the curriculum or the activities set by the school, I believe her time won't go to waste. She's learning new things everyday. And I'm so proud my daughter is so independent.

4. With the above, my mornings are occupied. I'm the designated driver. I bring her to school everyday and pick her up as well. I enjoy it so much. She rides behavely in her carseat. Our trip to school and going back home is our "moment together." That's our bonding time. We just talk in the car and I'm so amazed that she talks like an adult when talking to me. Like, ",mommy, margaux will go to school now and eat snacks!" Hahaha, favorite ng anak ko ang snack time! Nangunguna parati sa table.

5. I have not been going to the gym for 3 weeks now! It's bad and I feel so bloated. I have meetings almost every afternoon till evenings so I don't get to access time for the gym. I know, it's not an excuse.Hope I can atleast go twice this week. I'm going to try later.

6. I got a new camera...a toy camera. I have a lomo camera already. I got inspired by Jason Magbanua. Dude, thanks for the films. Yes, it uses films. Para daw ito sa mga nagmi-mid life crises! Hehehe. I will share more about this lomography next time.

7. Checked last week a dreamhouse. Dicky and I love it. I even dreamed about it. We're on crossroads on deciding on this one. We wanted to get our own house already and we can. But we have to consider also our other plans for the family.

8. I've got to get moving for Bianca's bday party planning. I'm due to have her dress made next week. Still proofing the invites. I'm not yet done buying prizes. No food selection yet from the caterer. Well, I'm a crammer for my own family celebrations.

9. I was so busy the last two weeks. So many things to do. I was stressed. So I rewarded myself by buying a new bag! It's my consolation. When Dicky saw it, sabi nya, "bag na naman?" Yes, I now have 33 pieces! It's my addiction!

10. I'm blogging here in an internet cafe nearby Margaux's school. I have to get going now cause she'll be dismissed soon.

100th Post...

Yes, you read it right, this is my 100th post. I just realized that this blog has been part of my regular dose of sites to visit in the internet. I just learned my way around here and practically enjoyed the world of blogging.

As I have written down in my first ever post,

"I'll be putting down my notes, my thoughts, my feelings about being a wife, a
mother, an entreprenuer or just about being myself. This will be my EXPRESSIONS!
(whether a happy note or a violent reaction!)

I will share my
activities, my emotions and even my plans/goals in life. It's a good way for me
to document everything here as there will be a time that i can just look back to
the memories."

My welcome note says:

life and my family. "

It is so good to read again the previous postings. You remember the moments, the feelings. I am happy to note the milestones in our family, our marriage, our kids and even to my business.

It is just so good to reminisce.

I also gained a number of cyber friends through this blog and it is great to share news, updates, whether good or bad. I might not have met all of there in person yet but I'm sure they all have big hearts to share as a friend.

It is just so good to scribble.

Blogging could be addicting.

Blog and Roll...

Ok, so I finally updated my personal blog and also events-experts blog. This is what I have been doing since this morning. Finally got a weekend-free from events so I just want to concentrate to blogging. I'll get back to client's concern by monday.

I also uploaded the new customized layout from blog. Wow, it is now just drag and drop in updating the template.

But I noticed something...some of the links are missing. Oh well, did I save it? Of course NOT!

And so I have to create new links again...

No bother, those are really due for updating anyway.
