She had a haircut...

Margaux loves going with me to the salon. She went with me one time to have her haircut. She enjoyed being pampered in the salon too. From the shampooing, to the haircut and having her hair blow-dried.

I love her cut this time...Was wondering if I do look like her already?

Happy Birthday Margaux!

She turns 5 exactly today! It's all over my blogs. I wrote a short letter for her here. I just can't stop the time for moving on but she would definitely be my baby forever.  Just savoring each moment with her.  I hope she would grow up as a very fine lady and that she would remain sweet as always.

The Princess is turning 5!

Yes, Margaux is turning 5 already by end of the month! She has been growing to become a very pretty young lady. She prefers wearing dresses now that the usual jeans and shirts outfit. She also loves her hair to be well-groomed all the time. I think, she's getting most of these characters from me. So vain! lol!

She recently had her advance birthday party in school. We had to do it like 15-days in advance since their last day was last Tuesday. Yes, they are officially on summer break. We would have a simple get together with other kids in the neighborhood in time for her birthday. I am hoping to book the clubhouse in our area.

She was all pretty in pink (which is her fave color) during her party in school...

Biking!

Yes, biking within our own premise is my dear Margaux's favorite past-time the past few days. I am amazed as to how she has managed to learn on her own. No one actually taught her! I'm really suprised! She used to have those two small wheels as balancer. One Sunday afternoon, she asked her dad to removed it already and said she already knows how to ride the bike without those. Indeed, she can...

(Talo pa ako!) I don't know how to ride a bike, except if it is with sidecar! lol! :p

Best in Costume!

My daughter Margaux was chosen as one of the best in costumes during the recent Trick or Treat Activity in our village. She belonged to the Fantasy Category and won the 1st place. I was one proud mommy of course. I wasn't expecting that she would actually win. In fact, I just grabbed her costume from the mall. We were just really looking forward to go trick or treat around the village. But the cash prize was an extra treat for her!

New Costumes...

So after fitting the dumbo costume for Bianca and found out that the pants are too short for her already, I immediately went to the mall to grab some nice costumes. I really don't want those creepy costumes. I was looking for something nice yet affordable since I bet it would only just be worn once.

Was torn whether to get Margaux a Fairy costume because previously she was trying on some wings and wand.
But the fairy costumes I saw doesn't have her size anymore. So I just decided to get her another unique costume....although it was off the shelves one, I was proud that she was one of the winners in the halloween program in our village clubhouse. With more than 400 kids in different costumes, I was happy that she was chosen as the first-runner up in the Fantasy category. She was Cleopatra, an Egyptian Queen! lol!
As for Bianca, I got two overcoats with hood for her.  One as a red bug and another one as a leopard.

So here's Cleopatra and the Red Bug...

And then Cleopatra and her leopard...lol!

Margaux's Wishlist

So for the upcoming MBAP's advance christmas party in two weeks time, need to post already the wishlists of my little girls. Will start off with my first-born:

Margaux's Wishlist (these are all according to her ok)

1. Barbie doll (with some accesoories please!). Not her first actually but she would just love to receive another doll. Besides, she really loves to play with the house sets of Barbie I got for her last christmas.
2. Ice cream Clay Playset
3. A dog toy in a cage. I don't know if this would be within the budget but if not, never mind, hehehe. She saw this from a little girl in the mall once time. Its a playtoy dog with a cage that you can bring around with you.

Next up, Bianca's wishlist...

Lovely dresses for kids...

We went to Eastwood Mall last saturday since we have to get a birthday present for a party we had to go to. We went to Baby Fashionista's store (Prim's store) and there Margaux found a lovely dress. She never took off her eyes from the dress and she fitted it herself.

So I bought it for her and also got a red dress for Bianca. They both look so lovely...(manang-mana sa mommy! hehehe!)

Gladiator Shoes...

She saw this herself in SM when we were malling last saturday afternoon. She can't take away her eyes from it so we tried it on her. The ending, she was wearing it on our way home and made it as her slippers at home! She loves this new gladiator shoes! (buti na lang, mura lang!)

She loves her motorcycle!

I remember Margaux enjoying so much her motorcyle when we first got it. Well, her love for her motorcycle hasn't withered. In fact, she always love riding it every afternoon. I am pretty sure she would have more fun on it when we moved to the dreamhouse as there are very few cars as well passing by our street. Yesterday, I saw her like checking out the bottom of her motorcyle. When I asked her what is wrong, she said, she had a flat tire! It was so funny. She was play pretending being a mechanic. Gee, she sometimes love doing some boys activities, huh. She was even telling me that she would get some yamaha motorcycle parts so she could have cruise control. What? I can't believe what I heard actually. Well, apparently, her playmate in our neighbor who is a boy happens to have a motorcycle as well. They have been play pretending that they have been fixing their motorcycle parts and they have been accessorizing it.  Now, I am thinking actually to get another one so Bianca can also use one when we moved to the new house.  Right now, Bianca would only just be a passenger whenever her Ate Margaux will ride her motorcycle.

Her smile...

She just loves playing around infront of the camera all the time. When you ask her to smile, she would give you this big grin! And she always love play pretending that she's a princess!  Wow, the drop down earrings!  Ang kulit!

Precise Cutting

My daughter Margax so love cutting and pasting! She is practicing using the Kumon Workbooks which I got from National Bookstore.

Though there are some rugged lines, still I'm a proud mom!

Look at her work...

Father and Daughter

Taken last night from Dang and Neil's (dicky's cousin) wedding.

Darn!  It can't be denied, Margaux is 101% Dicky's look-alike!

Priceless!

Amidst my busy schedules, some things can just take away my tiredness.

Seeing something like this on our room door last friday, totally made me smile....

This came from Margaux. It was her artwork from school last friday.

It is just so priceless!

Missing Margaux

Missing the little girl.  She slept last night in my brother's house since she wants to be with her cousins Hans and Seth.  She called us up last night saying she won't go home and would stay there until today.  When I called this morning, she told me that she won't go home still until tomorrow!  Aba, di man lang kami na-miss!

The Swimmer...

We are down to our last 5 sessions for Margaux's swimming lessons. I'm proud to say that she has improved a lot in terms of her comfortability in water. She knows now how to properly kick and also to paddle her hands. She sometimes feel scared still to submerge herself but after convincing and reassuring that she just needs to close her mouth, she's fine with that exercise already. Her favorite part of the class is jumping down to the pool!

Here are some more pictures from her class:

Look at one of her classmates, that little girl is just 1 year and 8 months! I'm now thinking to enroll Bianca as well to the same class. When we went to Boracay, both of them love the water! Margaux can even be left alone in the middle of the pool as long as she is wearing a floater. She was just threading then since she can no longer reach the floor.

Take a look at how she was in Boracay...

I made the right decision to have her take this summer activity. She's enjoying it a lot! Kaya ayun, nog-nog na super!
